The consultation form collects your name, WhatsApp number, coaching preference, main goal, exercise history, preferred call date, time window and time zone. Community enquiries also include your area and building. You may share brief health or physical-limitation information, choose to discuss it privately, or add an optional note. Your consent and submission time are recorded.
Why the information is collected
MiPhy uses these details to assess coaching availability and suitability, respond to your questions and discuss your options. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Brief health answers help your coach prepare an appropriate conversation. They are not a diagnosis or medical clearance and are not used for marketing. You can choose to discuss them privately. Do not upload medical records or include payment details.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database for MiPhy to review. They are not displayed publicly. Website infrastructure providers process the data needed to operate the site. Use the enquiry form or your existing coach contact to ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry. Health responses are not displayed publicly or shared with advertising analytics.
Career applications
The careers form collects your name, email address, selected role, city and country, experience level and introduction. A phone number and CV, LinkedIn or portfolio link are optional. We record your consent and submission time. Applications are stored in the website’s hosted database for MiPhy to assess suitability and contact you about recruitment; they are not published or used to subscribe you to marketing. Website infrastructure providers process the data needed to operate this service. Share only relevant professional information, without identity documents, medical records or bank details. Maps and external links
The interactive map connects to OpenStreetMap only after you choose to load it. That service receives technical information such as your IP address as part of the connection. External links and map providers have their own privacy practices. The website does not request access to your device location.
